Wellness center in Anzere
A current project for a new wellness center in the center of this Swiss Ski resort has the potential to be coupled with a new hotel on a building plot with planning permission, only 20m from the new wellness center. The hotel has the potential to be linked with a tunnel, there could be an arrangement made with the new wellness center for the clients of the hotel. Also a medium sized conference center would be ideal in this location, with many new international companies locating around lake Geneva and very few locations to offer new conference hotels with such spa facilities.
It could be possible to look at the options of apart-Hotel with the sales of property to non-residents with few restrictions due to new laws for hotel-apart developments.
