This is a chance to develop the centre of a well known ski resort and own a hotel with a wellness centre which will also be supported by clients from the close Valais capital town of Sion.

The current project for the wellness centre is 8,000,000chf and it would be possible to build a hotel next to the wellness centre. This will be one of the newest wellness centres in Valais and will be situated in a well known ski resort with some of the best views in Switzerland, and close connections to the large capital of Sion.

As there is no defined project, the commune is looking for a diverse investor who will have full support of the commune and canton for such an investment as it will be a tourist promoting project as well as a sound property investment. The budget for the hotel is open and is depending on what the investor would like to do.

The hotel would also be ideal for a small-medium size conference centre, which with the stunning views and new wellness centre would be ideal for the many international companies now situated around lake Geneva.
