We are actively involved in obtaining all of our objects directly from owners and spending time to ensure that we have all the documentation that every client would expect. We ensure that there are only 3 parties in the sale process, the buyer - us - the seller. From our experience this is the best way to a quicker and professional transaction.

We act on your behalf and will advise you from the start to finish to find the most suitable object for your investment needs, and we will arrange lawyers and notaries to assist you through the process where needed.

Swiss commercial property will advise you on local and national markets, price variations and trends. We will also use our network to assist you in finance options and where possible we will look for government funding options which can be open to some businesses. Also we will help you with your due diligence and put you in contact with expert bodies who will be able to give you surveys and reports so that you are confident in the decisions you make.

All of this is free, within our service package for all of our clients.

All sale prices are in CHF(Swiss Francs) and all sales will be carried out in CHF.
